Our Approach
There is no single path to healing, creativity, or personal growth.
Some people find it through music.
Others through movement.
Through nature.
Through community.
Through stillness.
Through art.
Through wonder.
At Heart Musica, we invite people to reconnect with themselves, recognizing that every individual brings a unique story, perspective, and way of experiencing the world.
Rather than offering a single method or philosophy, we weave together diverse disciplines that support curiosity, creativity, resilience, and human connection. Our work is grounded in both scientific understanding and timeless human traditions—honoring what can be measured alongside what can only be experienced.

Meet the Founder
ANGELA WILSON
Artist · Facilitator · Yoga Teacher · Dreamer · Special Education Teacher, WGU 2028
Heart Musica is the creative vision and lifelong work of Angela Wilson. For more than 25 years, she has created spaces where people can learn, explore, connect, and feel safe enough to go deeper.
As an artist, educator, yoga teacher, sacred integration guide, and lifelong explorer of human heart potential, Angela has witnessed a shared longing—for stillness, resonance, belonging, and a return to living from the heart.
Growing up among the forests, mountains, and waterways of the Pacific Northwest, she found nature to be one of her first teachers, inspiring a lifelong practice of deep listening. Rather than choosing between science, nature, and spirituality, Angela became fascinated by where they meet.
As a neurodivergent, she experiences sound, patterns, and sensory environments through a unique lens. This perspective shapes her soundscapes, teaching, and work with people who experience and learn in diverse ways.
Heart Musica weaves these threads together—sound, art, nature, breath, movement, neuroscience, education, neurodiversity, and community—with one intention: to create spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, express themselves authentically, and rediscover the creativity and wisdom within.
