Transformation Begins with Heart Felt Experience

There is no single path to healing, creativity, or personal growth.

Some people find it through music.
Others through movement.
Through nature.
Through community.
Through stillness.
Through art.
Through wonder.

At Heart Musica, we create immersive experiences that invite people to reconnect with themselves, recognizing that every individual brings a unique story, perspective, and way of experiencing the world.

Rather than offering a single method or philosophy, we weave together diverse disciplines that support curiosity, creativity, resilience, and human connection. Our work is grounded in both scientific understanding and timeless human traditions—honoring what can be measured alongside what can only be experienced.

Experiences We Offer

Our Mision

To foster personal and collective well-being through intentional sound experiences that encourage deep listening, reflection, creativity, and authentic human connection.

Our Purpose

Heart Musica exists to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through the transformative power of sound, presence, creativity, and community. We believe that beneath the noise of everyday life lies an inner world of intuition, resilience, imagination, and wisdom waiting to be rediscovered.

Through immersive sound experiences and contemplative practices, we invite people to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, awaken curiosity, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them.

Our Vision

Heart Musica is growing into a creative wellness organization that brings together sound, education, science, nature, and community through experiences that inspire healing, wonder, and belonging.

Our long-term vision includes retreats, educational programs, collaborative performances, research partnerships, community gatherings, digital learning, and immersive artistic experiences that make the restorative power of sound accessible to people from all walks of life.

Our Promise

Every Heart Musica experience is designed to offer a sense of safety, presence, and possibility. Whether someone joins us for a community event, a retreat, a workshop, or a future educational offering, they can expect to be welcomed and well cared for.

Heart Musica is the creative vision and lifelong work of Angela Wilson.

Angela spent more than 25 years designing experiences that help people learn, connect, and grow. As a facilitator, educator, instructional designer, digital visual artist, yoga teacher, and sacred integration guide, she has worked in environments ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to classrooms, retreat centers, and intimate healing circles.

No matter the setting, she discovered the same universal truth:

People long to feel connected. Connected to themselves. Connected to one another. Connected to something larger than the constant demands of everyday life. They long for spaces where they can slow down, become fully present, and remember that their inner world matters.

Heart Musica is her answer to that.

It is the place where every thread of her life's work comes together. The artist, digital designer, educator, yoga teacher, nature lover, community builder, explorer, and lifelong student of neuroscience, creativity, and human potential.

Growing up surrounded by forests, mountains, and waterways in the Pacific Northwest, Angela discovered early that nature had a way of restoring perspective. The rhythms of wind, water, birdsong, and sounds of nature became some of her first teachers, shaping a lifelong appreciation for deep listening and the restorative power of the natural world.

That same curiosity eventually led her into digital art, multimedia design, yoga, sound, meditation, expressive arts, and sacred integration. Throughout her career, she continued asking the same question, what helps people feel fully alive?

Rather than choosing between science, spirituality, and nature. Angela became fascinated by where they meet. Her work explores the relationship between nature, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, creativity, movement, sound, storytelling, community, and contemplative practice. She believes these disciplines are not separate paths but complementary ways of understanding what it means to be human.

Angela is also neurodivergent, a perspective she considers one of her greatest gifts. She experiences sound, patterns, and sensory environments differently, noticing rhythms, textures, and subtle details that others may overlook. This lived experience deeply informs both her artwork and her teaching, particularly her work alongside children and adults with diverse ways of learning, communicating, and experiencing the world.

Her visual soundscapes and immersive experiences invite participants into that perspective—not as something to fix, but as an invitation to appreciate the richness of different ways of perceiving, creating, and belonging.

Today, Angela serves students with diverse learning needs while continuing to lead retreats, workshops, pilgrimages, and community experiences. Whether she is facilitating a sound journey, designing immersive visual experiences, teaching yoga, or gathering people in community.

Angela returns to the same simple intention. To create spaces where people feel safe enough to listen deeply, express themselves authentically, and discover the creativity, resilience, and wisdom that already lives within them.

Because transformation doesn't begin by becoming someone else. It begins by remembering who we already are.
